I've been a loyal customer of Trident for over four years, and their service is truly second to none. The team is always friendly, honest, and incredibly efficient.
Most recently, I popped in to have my brakes checked out, and not only did they take the time to inspect everything thoroughly, but they didn’t even charge me for it. That kind of integrity and customer-first attitude is exactly why I keep coming back.

Lovely gents here, saw me in a bit of a struggle and did they best the can to help me get back on the road, Josh and Ken was amazing especially for a garage I just happened to drive of the dual carriage way and have never been there before. The customer service is next level and people should learn from them.

My wife’s car lost power and cut out on Friday lunchtime, not far from Trident. She had the car towed there and was told that it could be a week or so for repair. At around 4pm she received a call to say the car had been inspected and the problem was easily rectifiable, at 9pm the next day it had it had been done and was ready for collection! What a lovely, friendly team and excellent service - can’t recommend highly enough!
Had a flat, although my tyre wasn't in stock, they put my spare on for me to help me on my way. Excellent service.
